Nice breakfast. But no fresh orange juice. Clean room. Very comfortable bed.

We only stayed one night and enjoyed our stay. The city was beautiful and so was the hotel.

It was beautifully decorated and the staff was wonderful. Breakfast was great with lots to choose from.

Convenient location for the sights of Ferrara.

Hotel had nice public area and little garden area with seating. Room was clean, breakfast was excellent with large choice including dairy and gluten free options.

Would have liked another chair in the room.

Ferrara is wonderful, a fabulous place.

the location is very good, on the edge of the town within easy walking distance of everything. Ferrara is very flat, everyone cycles. It's a gorgeous place. The hotel is really lovely with a nice courtyard. There is no bar or amenities but there are some nice communal spaces inside and out to sit in.

the room was nice and comfortable but it was quite dull. There were windows but they weren't very well positioned. There was nothing much to see out of the windows. I think some other rooms probably have much better outlooks and brightness. Twins are often disappointing in my opinion!

Brilliantly sited, characterful and comfy

A very nice hotel with lovely communal rooms, a pleasant garden and, in our ground floor room, a little patio at the back. The breakfast was vast and delicious, there was free parking in the road and only a short walk to the city centre, a lovely local park, the walls and the Diamond Palazzo.

We had no criticisms

More than I expected.

I don´t like to do it - but I have no other chance to say: perfect without any additional comment. I am sure I will return in the next time.

Parking in Italian centers is a bit challenging - so there is no free parking place guaranteed in front of the hotel.

The hotel was clean, the staff was very helpful. The hotel itself is very beautiful it was great to stay there

It was not so close to the center there weren’t many restaurants nearby. The breakfast was rich on sweets but as someone who has diabetes, it was not very easy to find options in the breakfast

Wonderful

Nice hotel with beautiful rooms and comfortable bathroom (one time I have washed 3 times as the shower gel was smelling so good...). Very pleasant garden. Great variety for breakfast. Very helpful staff. It was winter and it was nice and warm in the room. Highly recommend to stay there - worth the price

Just be aware that the parking spot is on the street (free of charge). It's a calm and safe street, just be careful not to park on the ban.

A charming hotel in a quiet location in easy walking distance to the old town

We had two bookings. Same review: Our room (suite) was reasonably spacious overlooking the street, with a large bathroom and shower. It was well heated (winter time). Immediately outside our room was a very large sitting room with table, chairs and sofas - all tastefully decorated. The breakfast was plentiful with a good selection. The hotel is in a reasonably quiet residential area in easy walking distance to the historical centre, the university and various palaces/museums. There are many restaurants in the old town and a variety of bar/cafes nearby. The station is about 2km away. Reception staff were cheerful and helpful.

Great hotel

The hotel definitely was more than we expected, the room was big, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom perfect, we slept so good that we didn't wake up for the breakfast haha has a nice garden, and the location is great to walk to the castle and look around, we definitely recommend it.
